Prestigious Vietnam Quality Award for Sedona Suites Hanoi

Sedona Suites Hanoi, the 175-room serviced apartment complex located on the edge of Hanoi’s West Lake, was awarded the "Vietnam Quality Award 2005" on 27 October.
The Vietnam Quality Award was established by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Held annually, the award is presented to enterprises with outstanding quality achievements, positive impacts on society and good business performance. Criteria for assessment include leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, information and operation analysis, human resource development and management, process management and business achievements.
This is the second time Sedona Suites Hanoi receives the award, following the victory in 2002.
