How It Works When you make a room reservation via Sedona’s website, you are guaranteed the lowest available online rate. Should you find a rate on another website that offers a lower rate than the internet rate specified on our website (note: rate must be for the same hotel, same accommodation type, same date(s) of stay, same number of guests at the same booking conditions and inclusions), just submit the Claim Form to our Customer Service staff within 24 hours of making your online reservation.
